I'd also like to know if you are still accepting. My charter is still in the works, but if you would like a basic Idea I will explain a bit. 

She would be a draconic student. She's a very lost girl who partly believes that she wasn't meant to be human. Her entire life is based around trying to find out what she was really meant to be, or how to fix the feeling she has in her heart. A feeling that is quite hard to describe. It is maybe two parts loneliness and one part loathing. She has a knack for at least one thing though. Making friends. Sometimes she thinks thats her only talent.
