Flightless responded, so I suppose that their character will be our last. 

This means that signs-up are closed, but if someone else wishes to join, they're free to watch the RP in the case that somebody else drops out. Otherwise, the partners will be randomized as soon as possible with the RP launching sometime this weekend.
