Disregarding the drama involving chickens, Aaron went up to the stew to grab his fill. He grabbed a bowl and filled the contents of it with the stew, and then grabbed the necessary utensils. He took a seat, and decided he would have his fill. He hadn't eaten anything today, and had only managed to gather scraps yesterday, so a decent meal would be nice. Aaron took a bit of the soup, and wondered who cooked it. It was not the worse thing he had ever tasted, but it was certainly worse than anything he had eaten in his old family mansion. Aaron wondered why the Benefactor, with all his resources, could not hire a proper cook. Perhaps he thought that it would be better to keep old veterans of the mansion useful, or perhaps his resources were spent elsewhere. Whatever the case may be, Aaron continued to eat the soup, in order to chase away the hunger.
