Edward Fisher: a gentleman and owner of Willow Estate apartments who is in his early 60s. He was one of the first to open his doors to the new monster residents and takes the time to get to know his residents, often inviting them over for tea. The only thing he can't stand is ruckus. He has "salt and pepper hair" (getting more "salt" colored then "pepper" with each passing day) that is always slicked back in a gentlemanly way and is sporting a dapper mustache along with his usual tweed suit.
