Haha questions are good! xD
I normally write something at the end asking people to ask questions, but haven't ever really had any luck when doing that. :/ Anyway on to the questions.

1. Character Images: Images will unfortunately be mandatory. Accompanying an image with a written description is perfectly acceptable, but I don't think asking for people to find an image is too unreasonable. I personally like images, and I know others do to. So yeah, sorry if this is a dealbreaker.

2. Character Age: Characters should aim to be between the age of 15~25 for the sake of conformity. That said, anyone who wants to play an older/younger character can PM their idea for case-by-case consideration. 

3: School Setup: It doesn't really matter as the characters will only be taking refuge in the school. Unlike the anime which had NPC's wandering around, this RP won't have that. Hence there won't be any classes. In regards to the physical structure, I'll be using the school map from AB! but I'll be reorganizing a few things. More details regarding the layout of the school will be in the OoC.

4: Language/Cultural Barriers: It won't matter what part of the world you're from. In fact I'd encourage characters to be from different countries and communities. Language however is universally english. Though I'm happy to talk to people if they want to have people be non-fluent speakers. I strongly discourage the whole "Senpai/Joe-kun" stuff since I find it really cheesy and strange.
