[@TheUnknowable] Photon needs a new sponsor since Doc Light is a villain. I liked the adopting a young Chinese girl but that'll make moving to Star City tough. You could say Pho was the adopted brother of the heroic female Dr. Light and just used his powers in a less heroic way until being drafted into the YJ Program. Or something, IDK...

The Atom is a bit of a tech guy and could've made the suit. Possibly Mr. Terrific if you wanna say he's in the future League. Cyborg is another option.
