"Shouldn't be to hard, since I basically said the same thing to Antwon not just a couple minutes ago." Ian stated in response matter-of-factly, looking rather unperturbed by Korie's revelation. It just proved what Ian had already suspected, Korie wasn't just another cadet like the rest of them, a fact that he seemed eager to show off with his blatant display of privilege by getting food and sandwiches. "As for my desires, trust me when I say that you're not my type. The only reason I'd ever kiss you again is just to see how many times I can get away with it before you really lose your temper. Basically, I'm fucking with you so there early isn't a need to get so bent out of shape. The only reason I did in the first place is because I wanted the card and in the past the easiest way to distract people was to do something that they don't expect. Pickpocketing is a lot like stage magic in that regard, it's all about distraction." Ian finished his sandwich and coffee before he got up and tossed them both into the trashcan, taking this as a moment to reevaluate his comrades. Antwon seemed to be a reasonable guy, if a bit out-spoken but that wasn't necessarily a bad thing. Every team needs at least one person who isn't afraid to speak their mind and be the skeptic. Elora was adorably shy, and seemed to be easily flustered. Ian wasn't sure how that would translate on the battlefield, but he'd save his judgements on that for later. Even if she stunk, Ian was sure that she could be pushed to achieve better as long as she was given a proper push in the right directions and encouragement. Sigma would be Ian's first vote for leader, because she had all the seriousness of Korie, but seemed to know that antagonizing the people you want to lead is a bad idea. Tatsuda hadn't really given him enough to say anything bout him yet, but he did notice how the boy had reacted to Korie's comment about Antwon's past, and how he tried to hide it with a smile. Very interesting. Serah was his favorite person here so far, as she was making the most f her situation and having fun with it. All that was left was the silent girl across the way, one that Ian felt like he'd seen before but couldn't put his tongue on where. Well, she seemed like as good a person as any to mess with, he was sure that talking to Korie any more would just lead to more trouble than it was worth. Ian walked over to where the purple haired girl was, giving off a friendly smile and a wave. "Hello there, I don't think I caught your name and in case you didn't catch mine, it's Ian. Also, have we met somewhere before, I feel like I've seen you from somewhere before?" [@GreenGoat] [@Gnar The Missing Link]
