That's really the reason why all roleplay posts reach the length they do, unless the GM is pushing for more/less.

'Tis the reason why this RP's posts are almost all Advanced-level. I never told anyone they had to post that much; it just sort of evolved that way.

And I've been in plenty of Advanced RP's that didn't have Godzilla-size standards. Did you try looking past the first page or so? The beginnings to every roleplay usually have longer posts to start with, since everyone needs to get their intros in. Things tend to mellow out once the story gets going. How far did you look?
