Naomi and her family would probably be more off to themselves. The culture reaches beyond just immidiate family. Cousines, second cousines, grandparents, stuff like that. The ones that are left though are non super though so they would probably stay topside so as not to draw attention underground. They would actually be coming down to visit or pass messages along through Naomi. 

And since Naomi is currently focused on the Fixers she might try to avoid letting people know about her powers, probably sticking with them.
