Jason appeared in the hallway behind Spartan Watters. "[i][b]Coming up on your right[/b][/i]" He said in a statement to ensure the Spartan didn't turn on him or anything. The boy stopped and looked at the elite holding onto the scientist. Jason very calmly took his Spartan Laser off his back. "Let the lady and the high tech thingy go, Split Jaw. You know exactly what this is gonna do to you" He said calmly. 

The Spartan then changes to the private Comm Link with his fellow Spartan. "[b][i]Watters who's the person in the odd armor. Should I be worried about her or is she one of the guys lending us a hand?[/i][/b]" He says simply as he keeps his focus on the Elite. Hoping the stupid dinosaur was dumb enough to make a move a with the woman. He hadn't killed any Split Jaws today.

When the firing started, Jason raised his Spartan Laser and started teasing the charge on it, letting the Elite with the rifles see the laser on his chest. "[b]Please. Make my day[/b]" Jason said calmly. Hoping that his fellow Spartan would take the Hostage. The much bigger Spartan was probably better to take on the Elite at close range than Jason was.
