Aloyious was startled a bit when he realized that someone was speaking to him, he was somewhat embarrassed that the first time he spoke to the Headmistress was when he was sitting on his bottom after falling, he hoped that she didn't think less of him for falling in such an ungraceful manner, but nevertheless, he decides to answer he question.
