Probably working to suppress any magic users taking sides in the Russian Civil War. Possibly also working in Haiti and Nicaragua during the Banana Wars to bring those natives to heel. Gordon works the wars and the insurgencies. Lots of beating down natives into submission and other sneering imperialist stuff.

Probably also had a hand in things in India, as well, though the Brits were ultimately unsuccessful.

What was he up to WW1? could they of had a connection somewhere in that sense?
Flint didn't know of his magic at that time however.

Doubt it. He freelanced suppressing upstart groups of native vampires and werecreatures in colonial holdings of western nations, as well as putting down the Japanese werewolves and vampires that were supporting the forces arrayed against the Meiji reforms. That was actually his first job as a vampire outside of the US. He also does other magic using groups. So he had an involvement in the US Spanish-American war and the Boer Wars; in the latter, discouraging the Africans supernatural community to not fuck with the Boers. May well have had something to do with the Boxer Rebellions as well.

When Gordon got called in, it was because policing had failed and things went to a supernatural riot or revolt of some sort. His job was to put down uprisings and force people to hew to the rule of the Courts. He has his reasons for joining Nemsemet, I just haven't enumerated them yet.

I figure Kaori's information coupled with the news that Gordon is involved will serve as a means to push the characters forward. Perhaps investigate those leads. I'm writing a post anyways.

Gray is Kaori's favorite. Just in a dark, twisty way. The best way, really.

Poor Gray. Still, a hunter working with a bunch of the hunted, great material there.

Also, I have an idea that Beth might reach out to some contacts in the underworld to see if she can't summon more memories to help them understand what they're up against, if need be.

Actually, Gordon is more like a century and some change old -- he was made in the 1870's.
