You are absolutely right. Each faction thinks they should govern the other and each faction has different ways of thinking. I'll enjoy roleplaying it.
I will include what brings them together when I finish up the sheet. 

Edit: I also added grid locations to my faction holdings. It was kind of difficult deciding where to be. [s]They're all crowded on the island.[/s] Scratching that for now. Will decide where to be later.
