I have a quick lore question; what exactly does/would the Mutant Registration Act entail?

[@WanderingSpirit] I see; so from the looks of things, he has the potential to become Godlike at some point in his lifetime, but presumably not during the course of this RP? If that's the case, then it's all good.

PS: I'll make another post later today, I want to do some other things first. I haven't seen some RL friends of mine in a while.
