I could see Tough/Athletic working for Condor as well, after all she's never actually been trained with a weapon, having just picked up the basics while fighting to survive, but being able to dodge and weave during combat would be more worthwhile to her. And as you said being one of the few characters who'd be able to crawl through air ducts (as an example) could give her some purpose as part of the squad.

And despite what the films tell you, crawling through air ducts is not a stealthy option. Those things make a lot of noise. :lol
