Analysis is close examination of an item or concept through division and individual inspection of its parts.

Anal lysis is cell rupture leading to death of tissue around the rectal sphincter.

I feel like there's some kind of scientific context in which it's possible to believably make this pun, but I'm putting it here even though Spam definitely is not it.
