Freedom for the Betterment of Mars Two snipers, positioned upon a building on either side of a street, nod to each other. They are armed with make shift EMP rifles, made specifically for disabling vehicles. The snipers wear thick miner's masks and gloves, both to protect their identity and keep them safe from the unstable rifles. The always prepared pair had also brought EMP grenades, just in case. Below, in the alleyways, stands many unseen masked FBM fighters. They're armed to the teeth, some carrying decades old missile launchers and assault rifles while others are armed with up-to-date plasma launchers and anti-tank rifles. One even carried a FBM speciality: a Nano rifle nicknamed the Acid Slinger. The rifle was specifically designed to corrode armor, however, it would only cause a bad rash on flesh. They have info on a convoy headed this way. There are IEDs set, lined up to take out the lead vehicle and the caboose. The convoy is rapidly approaching. One of the rooftop snipers start to line up his shot, aiming at the logo that reads "TSDC". Meanwhile... John Scythe stares at the screen for a few seconds, letting the Free Workers of La Parranda's message sink in. "They're gonna get 'emselfs fuckin' killed." Colt Donaldson, Scythe's second-in-charge announces from a chair behind his leader, "There's no fuckin' way they got any type a military to actually fight a damn corperation." John thinks for a minute. "You're right.", John decides. "There's no way La Parranda can stand against any kind of aggression currently. And if the Free Workers fall then Mars loses a fight to the Corporations, SkyGuard, and the unjustness of this world." John thinks for a few more minutes, pondering an idea. "Gather a small, very lightly armed group together. We're going to visit La Parranda and hopefully come away with an offer." "Exactly what I was fuckin' thinkin'."
