Seji crashed into the ground, kicking up dust everywhere. His sillhouette stood, chanting with energy, fire rising around him. Then, the first ki blast hit, slamming into his shoulder. He spun into the air, smoke trailing off his vaporized arm, before the second one hit, ripping through his back.

Seji laid there dead.

Before another one appeared behind Dreyar, gasping for breath as he finished a spell.

A red most of energy flowed quickly towards Dreyar. If the ki user failed to dodge the blast, it would cause excruciating pain. It wouldn't actually damage Dreyar, but it would hurt heavily.

(To clarify, Seji was protected from the first blast by his Barrier spell, and dodged the second one. He used illusions to make it look like he was hit, and uses the smoke to sneak behind Dreyar and use Melding, before attacking with flesh blast.

Seji is basically a dnd combo wizard.)
