Rejected, but only because of an incomplete description of his word. Spike would also be able to create and manipulate the sap or juices of plants as well as manipulate people's temperaments. In addition any noun words are able to create the noun, so Spike doesn't actually have to use his own blood-- but he can if he wants to. And the 6 meter range would only apply whenever he manipulates other people's blood. :) Aside from those things, there are several minor grammatical errors such as the lack of capitalization of 'American' and 'Japanese', plus a misspelling and a sentence fragment. But all and all, an interesting application and a welcome addition.
