The Property grounds- at the limit of the property there is a laser guided motion detection system that alerts anybody inside the property of unwanted guests. There is a 8 foot pool in the back yard, a grilling station, and a two floor garage that extends below ground. There is also an underground escape route in the event that subterfuge is required.

The Lake- at the edge of the property there is a boat docking station large enough for five aquatic vessels above the surface, though being Ashmore one has to be ready for any eventuality so there exists a ten person submarine docking station underneath the backyard that leads into the lake. Dotted throughout the lake is a bouy system that alerts the inhabitants of individuals arriving by water.

Side Yard- there is a basketball court, tennis court, and baseball field in the vicinity of the property, there also exists a go-cart track a short distance away that is close to The Ashmore's personal golf course.

Danger Room- unknown to anyone not on personal terms with the Ashmore Family, they built a panic facility under the standing facility that is equipped to handle a decade of existance below ground. In addition to survival necessities there is a physical training room, a small movie theatre, an infirmary, and a Coordination Room for for security related purposes.
