Prisoners are always welcome and currently best chance to get accepted as it's the largest group. Right now, the rescusers are starting to reach it's max slots. IC's starting soon so that means anyone who's yet to deliver an idea or concept for a PC to the GMs before hand will be turned away when the IC, however they can still make their PC and delivery so if a spot opens up we can work your PC into the fold later.
