[@SimplyJohn] Based on your description, I'm seeing the room set up something like:

Where the red dots are the guards, the orange is Fox, the green is Patch and the blue is Wise Owl.

The agents are all sitting on chairs, the female guard at the end of the room is sitting down and the male guard flirting with her is leaning back against the table.

Does that look about right?
