Lance was at first shocked that this scientist saw through his trick. No one had ever been able to see past his little game, and now there was someone here that could. "What do you mean? I just-" He was cut short when a door he had not noticed before opened and two Riders walked in. His surprise turned to fear and his blood to ice as the approached with a rather large needle containing a blue liquid. "NO!, Wait I don't think- What did I-" With his mind already on the decent to darkness from using his ability, and his anger managment problems, Lance's fear turned to rage as the riders closed in on him to inject the liquid into his body. "TWO CAN PLAY THIS WAY!" He yelled as the Riders took hold of him. With his last moments of conscientiousness he channeled his rage and gave the scientist at the desk the darkest visions and thoughts he could come up with. The apple on the desk slowly melted away into blood oozing across the table and over the edges. Suddenly a body fell from somewhere unseen and landed with a thud on the desk; it's neck was broken and head was turned in an ungodly position. It's face was sliced and scarred beyond the point of recognition, but the worst of it would be the missing arms and legs that followed by falling onto the scientist. The open parts of the body were still fresh and dripping blood all over the scientist and the room. Then as Lance fell asleep it all faded away. Once Lance was asleep he was once again dreaming, but it wasn't the same nightmare as before, rather; Lance found himself back at home with his family. They seemed to be eating, but Lance could not make out the time because the clock had all kinds of funky numbers and letters on it and no hands. The food seemed to taste alright, but he could not make out what that was either. His mom and dad looked to him and smiled before his dad began to speak. "We are very proud of you, son. You have come so far from when we had to leave you." Lance was confused, but then his mom began talking. "We love you, honey, and are waiting for you." Now lance was really puzzled, but this being a dream he didn't really have control over what he did as his mind just went with the moment. "Where? Where are you waiting?" They didn't respond. "I want to see you again. Where are you?" The dream faded to just a simple mashing of colors lights and sounds and time became irrelevant for Lance.
