[@Snarl] I like the idea of you playing the parents as well. You already came up with the dads' bios, it would be a shame if you didn't get to play them! (Unless you don't want to play them, then don't do it. :P) As for the side plot, I think it'll work well, you can't go wrong with bandits and monsters running a muck.
