Physical & mental condition: Alva has a very high metabolism and loves to do workouts each morning such as yoga and other things. She usually eats fruits and vegetables, also adding to her fitness.
Personality: Alva is a woman that takes her work very seriously, though when off duty or around colleagues, she can have a goofy or even flirtatious side. She is very protective over the people close to her and will allow no one but the guards to come anywhere near her assigned patient. 
Clothing: Alva typically does not give a good damn about her appearance, usually wearing a tank-top or sweater with khaki pants.

Brief history: Alva was raised in Russia with a large family and a mentally unstable father, thus making her interested in Phycology and the mentally insane. Due to her father's Bipolar tendencies, she was on occasion beaten as a child, though prefers not to speak of it. All of her life, she could be found with her nose in a book about the human brain or something that helped her with providing more knowledge on the subject. 
Past asylums or occupations:  Her father being committed to a Asylum in Russia when she was the rough age of thirteen, Alva would go and see him at the Red Rose Institute for the Mentally Insane. 
Training: Alva worked at a local beauty parlor styling peoples hair. She also has the following Degrees: 
•MD
•PHD
•Assessment of Mental Conditions Certificate. 
•A levels in Science.
Relationships: Alva's assigned patient is Vasily "Mr.Kazlov" Drake, however she helps out with almost all of the patients except for that biting little Evie girl. She is friendly with her colleagues as well.
Other: Alva is Russian and speaks with a Russian accent as well as constantly speaks in a educated manner.
