Over powered is a matter of perspective. A full Dreamer can destroy a solar system, and has done so in an epic war between multiversal factions. Ultimately being contained by his enemies and eventually killed. In fact the side I was on lost in tremendous style, while taking down a home world and several generation ships. It was glorious.
