[b]Neutral special:[/b] Serve - Waluigi serves a tennis ball, which bounces along the ground. It can be charged to go faster and cause more damage.
-Custom 1: Fiery Serve - Serves a fiery tennis ball. Cannot be charged
-Custom 2: Power Serve - Ball goes both faster and farther, but does less damage.
[b]Side special:[/b] Waluigi Tornado - Waluigi forms a gamma sign and spins rapidly around.
-Custom 1: Focused Tornado - Tornado is bigger and causes more damage, but Waluigi can’t move.
-Custom 2: Vortex Tornado - Tornado goes faster and sucks opponents in, but lasts shorter and does less damage.
[b]Up special:[/b] Swim - Waluigi “swims” through the air, performing three strokes that lift him upwards. All strokes cause damage and knock opponents upwards, allowing for combos.
-Custom 1: Jet Swim - Waluigi gains much more distance, but strokes are smaller and do no damage.
-Custom 2: Rip Current - Does a powerful stroke that launches enemies far, but only does one stroke and thus does not go as far.
[b]Down special [/b] Stomp - Waluigi stomps the ground, burying anyone in his vicinity.
-Custom 1: Hard Stomp - Gains Super Armor and opponents are buried longer, but has more lag.
-Custom 2: Stomp Quake - Stomps cause an earthquake which reach farther, but cannot bury opponents.

[b]Final Smash:[/b] Vine Vortex - Waluigi’s eyes glow purple as he floats in the air, creating a vortex which paralyzes anyone within its vicinity. Vines will shoot from the vortex rapidly, hitting any opponents that get in their way. After several strikes, the vortex closes, making a huge explosion which sends opponents flying.

Up taunt: Bounces a tennis ball on a racket and snickers evilly.
Side taunt: Sticks his tongue out at the player while laughing.
Down taunt: Makes a fist while his eyes glow purple.

4. Wario’s attire
5. White clothes and purple overalls

Palutena: That’s Waluigi. He’s the brother of Wario and the self-proclaimed rival of Luigi. Despite being Wario’s older brother, he’s actually very athletic.
Pit: Hmm... I guess Wario could learn something from his brother! Heh heh...
Viridi: Are we supposed to be afraid of a tennis player?
Palutena: Don’t underestimate the power of tennis! All that workout has given Waluigi really stronger legs. Don’t let him stomp you!
Viridi: But despite all this conditioning, the poor sap still keeps losing to Mario and Luigi...
Pit: You know what’s funny? Waluigi is Wario’s older brother, but he hasn’t appeared in any of his brother’s games!
