I have no clue about how common a Kukri is in America though, some check ups tell me it's a weapon from Nepal used in their army, the Indian army and in Gurkha regiments. Hence i'm unsure if it would be available in America. (Bringing it from another country seems unlikely, don't think an airport would let it through.)
