When I said create a plot and iron out details I meant something more along the lines of figuring out what the Dungeon Keeper will be like, what the rules will be, where this will take place...

Basicallly I'm wondering if I should make the interest check very detailed. On the one hand I can ses why someone would be reluctant to express interest in a really vague idea, but on the other hand if me just going and figuring out everything on my own would be ideal.
