Appearance: Skinny with long pale brown, almost grey, hair that is kept tied back into a ponytail. His bangs rest on either side of his face, leaving his dull grey eyes uncovered. He normally wears tan cargo pants over black sneakers. At his waist is a black sash which holsters a dagger and an ancient looking sword which he never unsheathes. Wears a long sleeved dark blue shirt with a grey jacket over it. The jacket itself is missing the right sleeve. He wears fingerless gloves most of the time. 

Personality: Jumpy and distrusting of authority figures. He's a pacifist by nature and prefers not to fight if he can avoid it. He steals to keep himself, as well as the occasional person who's down on their luck, fed. He never steals from those who can't afford to be robbed and steals food first, only taking valuables if there's nothing else he can grab.

Background: Was born in a small village within Malkuth territory which lay close to Kimlaskan territory, near the former Miner's City, Akzeriuth. At a young age he ended up in an orphanage, whether by abandonment or being orphaned, he does not know. When he was 14, tensions on the border caused the orphanage to be closed down, and Jared was left to roam. He found his way to the capital, Grand Chokmah, where he lives a meager but comfortable life on the streets.
