[@ClocktowerEchos][@Orcus][@clanjos] Horse's would be around if rare, however I'm almost positive there would be a mutated breed of horse or pony. There's also an isolated island of the coast of North Carolina full of Spanish horses, it's far enough away it would probably still have grass and the horse's there would be alive.
