Actually the Cuyahoga winds through the middle of Cleveland before ending in Lake Erie

She is basically following Scranton road after leaving Hwy 90 halfway between Carter rd and University rd

She's following the curves of the river hoping to Diesel fuel stored near the docks because Tugs and machinery use it and are more likely to be found there

I don't have a problem though meeting up with your character
