Nobody knows how smart she is because heck, who wants to do work when you can schmooze someone else into doing it? Jojo is very good with people, winning them over, seducing them, manipulating them. She has a charisma that makes people drawn to her, and she's a very good liar. Also, she understands how people tick, and enjoys having power. She's very lazy, though, and holds disdain for work. She just wants to have fun in life with as little work as possible. And hey, if sweet talking her boss into a raise will do that, she has no scruples.

But her little brother worshiped them. Shawn watched them every year, enjoying the strategy of it all. So, when Jojo applied with him this year as a joke, she couldn't say no when chosen. Her brother is her one weakness, and she just couldn't disappoint him. So now she's here...sigh.
