DK timed it perfectly; when the shadow figure came just into range, he slammed it down into the dirt, wedging it there. Using the free time this alotted him, he wound his fist up several good times before the thing broke free. The moennt it popped out of the ground, DK popped it a good one, punching it square in the face and sending it flying off the platform. As a follow up, DK leaped into the air and landed in the middle of the toads, then brought his hands up an started slamming them into the ground repeatedly. This shook the ground to the point that it lnocked the toads into the air and kept them bouncing, allowing for someone else to come in and take advantage of what he was setting up.
