He is loyal to the witches around him and constantly helps them find things. Thought at times he seems perverted and can be a bit of a freak, he tends to be nice to the fellow people that have been coded "monsters" but has a hate for humans, and has a hobby of stalking them into paranoia, and killed a few, giving him his name.
