[@Sep]: Well, given this is the multiverse and a vast majority of characters have magical or otherwise powerful weaponry, I would think that more stuff could injure him. As long as you keep that in mind try writing a signup and we'll see. [@Nobiscum Deus]: I will be honest and say I'm going to need to overcome some personal biases in order to fairly judge this one. [@Raineh Daze]: I'm not seeing anything any worse then any other other characters and Shadow Eternity desperately needs characters, accepted. [@ToadRopes]: There's nothing intrinsically wrong with this character, but I'm not sure how well a character from a musical play would work out. [@Sockpuppet]: I'm extremely wary of any version of ORT. It may have recently been knocked off of the Nasuverse's top three strongest, but that doesn't mean it's immediately acceptable. Even in heavily-nerfed magical girl form. I'm going to need to think on this. [@Orcus]: No, but he's been rejected previous due to past experience with how he's treated as a license to metagame rather frequently every single time he's been played. I'm also not a fan of how his fourth wall-breaking is usually played, as "truth" where he knows everyone's in an RP rather then him still believing they're in a comic.
The nerfs I gave to ORT targeted all the main points that make the actual ORT overpowered, which was that anything from earth cannot kill ORT unless specifically conceptually made to eliminate alien concepts, and a constantly active crystal valley that would render any attempts to get in the very vicinity of ORT to be impossible. I also implied heavy nerfs to general power all around due to not being an Ultimate One anymore, and considering Giorno with nerfs that were basically only to range and access of requiem got in, I can't see a huge problem with ORT.
