Imma get to my bit in the Djibouti post tonight. It's pretty sweet. So far we're definitely succeeding at keeping this war fresh. Like, by the end of it (if there is such a thing), i'm hoping all the major battles will be memorable enough to stand on their own instead of generic slog-fests. Suez came out good, and Djibouti is coming along just as nicely. Since I work the graveyard shift and naturally stay up until six in the morning now, I have this weird gap of time at night on weekends where there really isn't much else to do, and that is when I write. I was out of town all weekend last week, so I didn't get much done, but this weekend should be more productive. Aside from Djibouti, I got an Addis post in the works, but it is research intensive since I had the duel task of describing the legislative government that I've neglected since it was created by Yaqob, and describing Addis from the perspective of RP history so it has some specific landmarks to use when the battle comes. I've already got the government part done, but I still have the city and some Yaqob stuff to write before it's ready to post. Probably won't be done this weekend though...
