[@Silver Fox] NOLAN A crack rung out from his back when Nolan stretched it upwards. Karn was certainly much stronger than he looked. When he was wrapped around him like a koala to its mother, it felt like the life was being squeezed right out of him. Judging by that alone Karn was certainly going to be a fierce training partner for these two months much to his relief. While they could've easily had trained back in the guild, having no distractions was a blessing and it's not like they were based at the foot of a volcano with an army of monsters surrounding them. The island was beautiful as it was peaceful. The troubles of the real world would not reach them here, giving them nothing but time to train as well as relaxing in the serene scenery. It would give Nolan the time necessary to not think about what happened back in the God Slayer temple and focus on representing his guild in the Grand Magic Games. It was oddly funny how Karn was so afraid of water, but when they arrived on the island he was back to his bubbly self. One of the sparkles that surrounded Karn floated to Nolan who was letting out a yawn and then floated down into his throat. He gagged on the sparkle and punched his chest, spitting it out onto the grass. His cheerfulness is lethal. Nolan thought to himself. He cleared his throat and called out to Karn, "You can prance around later! We need to set up camp first and then we train!" [@Zarkun] ZEV "Phoenix Wing huh? Frenzy Plant is also another to worry about. There's also another we should keep an eye on, but as for the rest they went get past the qualification rounds." As confident that he was about his guild winning the games, he couldn't deny that the rest of the guilds were extremely powerful as well. It made his blood pump in anticipation. The first Grand Magic Games was about to happen in the first hundred years and it was between these power house guilds. It was going to be...wait for it...legendary. His thoughts of the games were pushed aside as an insipid knocking followed by the most upbeat voice he's ever heard. "Huh, who could they be?"
