Sorry for taking so long after the interest check, I was having some trouble thinking of what character I'd want to play Name: Tyrone Harvey Age: 19 Gender: Male Appearance: Position: Marines, Private Personality: -Nervous if things don't go according to plan -Obedient, never questions authority -Friendly and easy to get along with if you can catch him while he's calm -No ego whatsoever, willing to adapt and be a cog in the machine -Kind of dumb when not given orders, does what he's told and does not improvise much Notable Skills, Combat or otherwise: -He's a very good shot, excelled in marksman training -One of the best physical specimens coming out of basic training -Never thinks twice about an order, would charge to his death for the mission History: "I'd rather you come back dead than dishonored, I hope you feel the same." That was the last thing his loving father told him before he was sent off to basic training. Tyrone came from a military family, and his house was certainly run like it. He was always pushed to be in peak physical condition, and was taught how to handle a firearm before high school. Orders in the Harvey household were always answered with a sharp "yes sir". Tyrone never got time to explore much else besides his grueling daily routine, and as a result, he never really found himself. A young interest in poetry was shut down by his father tearing all of his work up and calling him a woman. His 2 brothers were given the same treatment, and while one is younger, his older brother, Marcus, has excelled in his time in the marines, rising through the ranks through a combination of skill and nepotism. As a result of his upbringing, there was little thrown at him in basic that he couldn't handle. Behind the scenes Tyrone would be an utter wreck after even the slightest hint of failure; he dreads the thought of not living up to his father's or brother's legacy, and tarnishing the Harvey name. All he wants is to make them proud of him. When he found out his first deployment would be aboard a starship, he knew that he would finally get his chance to really begin climbing the ranks.
