Kuroda Daichi

Daichi rolled his eyes and chose not to respond to the foolish antics of the pixie. He kept his focus trained forward, trying his hardest to avoid the looks of repulsion he assumed were being directed at Zensei. The strides he took became progressively wider, and he nearly broke into a sprint when he saw the portal rising in the distance. "-better shut up and hold on tight." Kuroda muttered under his breath, jerking his head towards the ceiling as if to warn the other creature. With that, he put a hand on his head to overlap the small body of the pixie right before pushing off the ground with great force, dashing straight for the lift that was already overcrowded. He braced himself for impact as his momentum propelled them forward, sending the two crashing against the sea of other students. A few grunts of disapproval sounded from within the portal, but Daichi was too proud of himself to pay them any mind. The Nocturne removed his hand from the top of his head, pulling the pixie down with it. "Phew... you good?" He managed to speak whilst catching his breath. Kuroda held his palm out for Zensei to stand on, but the cat nearly fell over when an untimely jolt was sent through the floor. Following the unpleasant transportation, he made his way out of the portal by clawing through the motionless hoard. On his way out, he hadn't realized he abandoned Zensei. Instead, he continued on to the training hall, taking in the impressive design of the area. It's tall ceilings were decorated with what appeared to be chandeliers that weren't quite connected to the roof, along with the massive windows that stretched along the majority of the hall. Since he was easily distracted, Daichi couldn't help but bounce around the room, observing all the stations scattered throughout. Once he was satisfied with examining the various screens that displayed each class' warm up exercises, he noted the lack of student participation- everyone was either chatting away or lolling around the hall except for one particular student that caught his eye; the thick-horned demon girl whom he recalled from the lunch table, but nothing more. He decided it would be worth a shot to spark up a conversation, so he casually made his way over to her corner. Daichi reached over her shoulder, being sure to brush against her as he went for one of the medicine balls lined up along the wall she was facing. He began tossing it back and forth between his hands using the tips of his fingertips. "Wanna play catch?"
