Rad Stallion is basically a normal human, except for his legs.  His legs have super human strength, durability, and let him run up to 50 mph.  Uses an interesting MMA mix of Tae Kwon Do, Muay Thai, and Capoeira, where he only does attacks with his legs and feet (think Sanji from One Piece).  May sometimes duel wield tommy guns.

The Stable Boys are Rad Stallion's organized hitmen.  His most elite thugs, they consist of normal humans who are equipped with a tommy gun and horse head mask.

Horse Power is Rad Stallion's strongest lackey.  Dressed in a full body latex horse suit, he is an Overhuman with enhanced strength and durability (think the Rhino villain from Spiderman).  Low level intelligence and loyally follows Rad's orders.

Rad Stallion is head of the Sentarinno mob family, a far reaching family with lots of wealth, power and influence.  A major power in the criminal underworld, they have their hand in smuggling, gambling, human trafficking, and many other illicit activity.  Their financial power and dark ties to parts of law enforcement keep more notable members of the family free from incarceration.  A very impulsive family that is prone to violence.

Proud, arrogant, selfish, and overall douche.  Rad enjoys all the physical pleasures that money can buy, but still oddly finds time to stay in shape.  A leader through terror, he plots and schemes and can actually come up with pretty good plans, but his impulsive nature and irritable bad temper can cause him to mess up his own plans.
Ever since his transformation, he is a devout vegan, and will spend his families resources to raid race tracks and farms to steal and then free the captured horses.  All in a misguided attempt to undo the curse placed on him.

There once was a mysteriously magical talking horse.  It was a wonder that kids and scientists came to converse with from far and wide.  One day, Radley Sentarinno the mob boss heard of this wondrous horse.  He thought it amusing, and decided to buy the horse for himself.  
The horse didn't like leaving his home, and nagged at Radley day and night.   Eventually, Radley had had enough.  He ordered the horse butchered and served for dinner that night.  With his dying breath, the horse cursed Radley to suffer humiliation and inconvenience for the rest of his days.  
When dinner was served, even with a 5 star chef, the meat tasted bitter and rancid.  Radley would have yelled many profanities if he weren't choking.  Choking so hard he fell on the ground.  When he was able to get back up again, he rose now as the RAD STALLION!!
He shot the chef dead.
