[b]Personality: [/b]Unlike his sister, Valari’s strengths lie more within his aggression and intimidation, though he is open to scheming when his sister enforces it. Completely under the whim of his sister’s persuasiveness, Valari will usually do as she commands without question. On his own, however, he thrives on the fear of others, and will do anything he can to soe his legend within the kingdom as a terrifying monstrosity; and all without revealing his true form.

[b]Bio:[/b] A powerful merman and twin brother of the siren queen Ravenna, Valari has been consorting and planning with her since the moment they emerged into the world. Striking fear into the hearts of the aquatic life of the sea, Valari has always been one for getting the job done, without the messy and convoluted politics that usually go with a large plan.

Their first large bid for power came in the form of the marriage between Ravenna and her new husband the king. Before the wedding had even taken place, Valari and his sister had been planning the days to come, setting the board up, as it were. As an avid chess player with a knack for violent strategy, Valari knows how to menace and intimidate those who get in his way.

His only contempt towards his sister’s grand scheme is the wedding between his nephew-in-law Silvano and the foreign princess, Elena. The princess had always been a fast ally to Valari and his sister, and he had grown rather fond of the witch; as such, he was reluctant to simply tie her down to the unsophisticated rapscallion who calls himself a prince.
