World's level of industry varies by region. Asturias, technologically the most developed, is mostly early 20th century Europe with some regions going full sci-fi, but other regions are mixmash of late medieval to early industrialization. Plus, magic is also used in a lot of regions to gain some modern conveniences, like running water, good lighting, fast transportation, etc.
