Well, I don't run this RP, but here's my opinion...

No. Just no. It's been a long time since a character sheet has screamed "Mary-Sue" at me [i]this[/i] badly.

I mean seriously, every time you come close to describing some sort of weakness or personality flaw, you immediately go back and describe how he isn't that bad. He's arrogant, but not above praising opponents, he's cold and careless but gains respect through his actions, he has no martial arts training but he's amazing at hand-to-hand anyway... while also having crazy powerful magic.

Oh, and he's super smart and stuff.

And are you [i]serious?[/i] "Despite not knowing other magic styles he does have enough knowledge to tutor others in their magic style. He can also identify magic from seeing it's effects making investigations a relative breeze."

And all at the young age of 23... [i]what a prodigy[/i].

I may have overstepped my bounds here, and if so I apologize... but I really think this character needs a looooot of work. Starting over might even be better.

Edit: OK, went back and saw the post you made where you explained what you wanted to do with your character. Makes SOME of what you put make sense, but for the most part my opinion still stands...
