Occupation: Previously US army captain, currently security chief.
Personality: While he's highly proficient with quickly, wordlessly killing enemies, he's also just a little girly occasionally. He's not the sort of bloke to be excessively protective of his 'friends', he believes if he wants to protect someone, he should teach them how to do it themselves, not do it for them. He's also the sort of guy to be able, and fairly willing, to put crippled enemies on the field out of their misery, even if that is technically against the Geneva Conventions. Overall, he can be a bit of a dick and a hard-ass, and strange, but he's very friendly in his own ways.

Background: Fischer grew up in Madison, Wisconsin, and lived a fairly normal childhood. With two 'princess' sisters, and a military father, he can appreciate plenty of things in life. Strength, Determination, Mental fortitude, Pastel-colored horses, and the smell of napalm in the morning, are on that list. His teenage years were decent enough, yet that's also where he lost the love of his life. He refuses to talk about her, but he loved her very much and he's still not completely over her. Soon after he hit 'legal adult' at twenty-one, his second-youngest sister began to suffer from unforeseen cancer. He decided to help pay the medical bills the traditional way: Military work. He joined the armed ground forces, and graduated the military academy with top-honors. His determination saw him through, and after six years of fighting for his loved ones back home, his sister finally pulled through. For the most part. Sort of liking the military life, he decided to continue his career, and now he's on the ship as Security Chief, the U.S. of A 'donating' him to the project to be used as such.
