IRL I'd probably be 7-8 as Minazuki, and a little higher as Terumi (Terumi's still a shithouse bottom tier but I make it work I think).

Rui would be solidly 8-9 in Blazblue as Hazama, but a static 8 with Minazuki.

He's played Blazblue for longer.
