I tried Peacock once, judging from how people play her, the basic flow chart for her is:
1. SHOW TIME! 
2. s.HK/Hole Idea
3. George's Day Out/Boxcar/ at the Airshow + Item Drop + BANG BANG BANG!
4. Hole Idea
5. ??? (Some Argus Agony or Lonesome Lenny shit, use 'em both for maximum power.)
6. Rinse and Repeat until K.O.
7. Profit?
I mean, that's what I do most of the time.
