I think I would be joining the same team as Lugia, but I have no idea where I would go

Skill wise, I think magic could be more psychic like... Able to read peoples thoughts at the moment and emotions would be possible...

Or I could see about making him be able to use a certain element, maybe dabbles in lightning. Its a bit hard to think of other things then psychic like things for a psychic type lol.

It's just with his background, a slight + on what was there would be good...
Maybe....

I could go none combat things a bit more. Better understanding of alchemy of herbs and such. Or he could also be a great cook xD
