Damian Gerard|Mount Hakobe
[@Caits][@Expolar] Damian was still sitting by their campfire, Durandal sitting on his lap as he sharped the blade's edge. When he'd realized that they'd been about to be buried in a mountain of white snow, he'd activated his trap prematurely, trying to stem the flow around him and Katlyn. It had sort of worked, but in the end, nature's fury beat out nature's prime gift and sent the white flood rushing towards the pair. He reacted by using his Blade Shield Bunker to avoid being buried and waited until he was certain the avalanche had run it's course before raising himself up on a Striker Blade and using the Bunker to push the snow out of the way. When he'd reached the top, he just waited for Penny to spot him. Now, as he sharpened Durandal's blade, he wished that he'd pushed to go find Katlyn before the snow had had a chance to settle. Even though she had her...unique and interesting magic to help dig herself out, a night on the snow wouldn't have been good on anyone. And Penny had insisted he stay by the fire while she went out to look. He'd argued she needed to rest, but she'd refused and flown off anyways. With a heavy sigh, Damian continued sharpening, hoping things were alright.
Jack Goran|Dragon Fang Guild Hall
[@Caits][@Invisible Man] Jack welcomed the Rune Knights when they arrived, smiling and nodding to each in turn before he was approached by their captain. "Welcome, Captain. If you'll follow me, we put her in a storage room with some chains to keep her from escaping. I...don't know how stable she is. When I destroyed her undead pet, she was more concerned with that than she was confronting me." He reviewed the previous day in his mind as he lead the way to her. Once she'd turned to address her now charred pet, Jack had spent a couple minutes trying to get her attention. At least until he felt her trying to raise it again and the magic that didn't work on the dog seeped away towards the remains under the hall. So rather than take chances, he had knocked her out and had her contained in a storage room with a leech lacrima to keep her from using her magic to raise help. "I would keep her magic energy as low as possible, to prevent an escape." And with that, he opened the door to where she was.
