Also, it seems that your version of Tails takes after this RP you linked called "The Wake". I'd probably use [i]that[/i] as your universe of origin, and incorporate The Wake's backstory into Tails's backstory. I'd also include the reasoning for how Tails went from The Wake's multiverse to the multiverse here.
